Disney Villa is situated at Tuscan Ridge, one of the best and prestigious communities along Highway 27. It is a small community in comparison to the many other huge estate- type communities in this area. The houses are built to a premium standard and the lot sizes are larger than normal, with the space between the houses greater than other communities.

The Villa is only minutes from Interstate 4 - the main highway that takes you to Disney, so you and your family will be sure to beat the queues in the mornings. Disney Villa is also ideally located for trips to both Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. A Championship Golf course is close at hand (designed by the celebrated Greg Norman) and restaurants, diners and the fabulous Florida shopping malls are an easy drive away.
